Eric is a financial executive with nearly 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and real estate operations. Over the course of his career, he has worked with multinational corporations, funds, family offices, and start-ups, building expertise in global finance, investor relations, and operational strategy.

As co-founder of BH Property Management in Israel, Eric brings together his financial background and extensive real estate experience to serve property owners both local and abroad. His career includes managing large commercial real estate portfolios in the United States, overseeing investment entities with significant property holdings, and providing asset management and accounting for complex real estate ventures.

At BH Property Management, Eric combines this financial discipline with on-the-ground real estate insight, ensuring that every property is managed with transparency, professionalism, and care. He holds a degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University and is a licensed CPA in both New York & California.

Allon Ehud Diskin

Co-Founder & Head of Legal and Real Estate Strategy

Allon, the great nephew of the late Maharil Diskin, is one of Jerusalem's most respected real estate attorneys, with over three decades of experience handling Israel's most complex property and litigation matters. Known for his sharp intellect and “Perry Mason” courtroom presence, he has built a reputation as the lawyer clients turn to when cases are most challenging. Over the years, he has also served on the boards of major institutions, including the Real Estate Participation Services Company of the Jewish Agency, the Company for the Reconstruction & Development of the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem, and currently the Board of Governors of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.

Beyond his legal practice, Allon has long been active in the real estate world, managing a sizable portfolio of his own and cultivating an extensive network of trusted professionals. His longstanding relationships in the industry mean that if BH does not provide a service in-house, he knows exactly who to call to ensure every matter is handled seamlessly.

As co-founder, Allon leads BH Property Management's legal and real estate strategy, bringing unmatched expertise in property law, dispute resolution, and contract structuring. His rare combination of legal mastery, practical ownership experience, and unrivaled connections ensures that every client benefits from both world-class counsel and access to the very best professionals in the field. Allon holds a law degree from the Hebrew University (1989) and has been licensed to practice law in Israel since 1991.

Yoav Barkai

Co-founder & Head of Operations

Yoav is the driving force behind day-to-day operations at BH Property Management in Israel. An Israeli attorney and partner at Allon E. Diskin–Law Offices & Notary, he brings over 26 years of experience advising high-net-worth clients across a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Over time, Yoav developed a unique reputation in Israeli real estate contract law, representing both local and foreign buyers and sellers.

In addition to his legal expertise, Yoav has successfully overseen the growth and management of significant real estate portfolios for prominent clients, including residential buildings and individual apartments. This hands-on management experience, combined with his legal acumen, uniquely positions him to oversee and execute BH Property Management’s property operations with precision and care.

As co-founder, Yoav blends strategic oversight with practical execution, ensuring that every client’s property is managed to the highest professional standard. Fluent in Hebrew and English, Yoav holds a law degree from Brunel University in London and has been licensed to practice law in Israel since 2000.
